These 5-10 minute presentations work well as a follow-up to the longer 21st Century Time Machine presentations.

Each focuses on one of the big mysteries of physics that the LHC experiments may shed light on. They are particularly suitable for bright, curious 14-19 year olds.

Try dropping a Take 5 into lessons once every week or two as a stimulating starter activity.

What better way to remind your students that science is probing the limits of knowledge right now?

Physics teachers can use them straight from the tin, non-physics specialists may want to read the background notes first. These presentations are stimulating and provocative. Expect some tricky questions…

Each Take 5 is a freestanding episode. They aren't in any special order - just dip in and enjoy!
